First World Hybrid Real Estate Plc (FWHRE) for which FIM Capital (FIM) acts as Fund Manager, Asset Manager, Property Manager and Listing Sponsor received the title of Best Offshore Global Real Estate General Fund (approved by the FSCA in South Africa), based on straight performance over the 3 years ending Dec 2022.
Listed on the International Stock Exchange (TISE) the fund invests in a diversified portfolio comprising a combination of modern, high quality direct UK real estate and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).
In addition, FIM Capital is also pleased to confirm a significant enhancement of their services with key members of the previous property managers of First World Hybrid Real Estate joining FIM Capital to establish a new Property Management Business Unit. As a result, FIM is now undertaking the Property Manager function for First World Hybrid Real Estate Plc.
